Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem.
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or unsealed supplement products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please ensure your package is securely packed and sufficiently prepaid so it arrives safely.

How to Return

Send us an email at hello@trysuppy.com with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation.

Refund

After receiving your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

The refund will be issued via the original payment method used for your order.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
